Reduction and destruction.

Often enough I will overexpose a print, sometimes on purpose, sometimes by mistake. So reduction comes into play. Potassium ferricyanide was my chosen method. However, using a non-hardening fixer and environmental conditions coupled with my careless handling has damaged the the emulsion.

An unreduced print. Cool tone at my desired exposure. Dark!

The reduced overexposed print. Warm but damaged emulsion.
